Mairose Lingerie Boutique respects EU Consumer Rights. Our shipping and exchange policies are established to be in compliance as much as possible to distance-selling laws, to the best of our US-Based capabilities.

Due to the nature of Vintage clothing, please expect the garment to come with its own signs of history. Some items are vintage deadstock or new with tags, while other items may have been well loved and cared for by a previous owner.
We make every effort to carefully inspect garments and accurately describe the condition and any potential flaws as they may exist. Vintage condition typically can include discoloration, missing buttons, hooks, or clips. Often a seam may need hand-repair. Sometimes a good soak in the buyer's choice of gentle soap is all a garment needs to come back to life.
Each listing contains measurements represented as Vintage Sizing (if garment label is available) and approximated Modern Sizing.
Measurements are taken flat, and then doubled. Bustier and bra bands are rounded up 1", as is per custom with standard bra measurements.
Please measure yourself carefully, wearing a garment of similar fit, and round up 1-2 inches to allow for movement.

Shipping Within United States and US Territories
Domestic USA Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail for light-weight packages, and USPS Priority Mail for items over 1 lb. in weight. USPS Tracking Information will be provided at the time of shipment. Parcels are shipped in recycled, biodegradable mailers with one plastic interior bag to ensure your items arrive dry and in-tact. Our shipping bags are OXO-biodegradable and will degrade in the dark, sunlight, heat, cold, land or sea. Leaving no trace or fragments, methane emissions or harmful residues.

Need your package faster?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM GST are typically filled and shipped the same day and can be expected via standard delivery timeframes (see below). If you need your order as quickly as possible, please select Expedited Shipping during checkout for upgraded USPS and FedEx Priority shipping.
Expedited Shipping Prices will be stated during the time of order, based on origin and destination locations.
International shipping is calculated based on packaging, weight, and origin and destination zip codes.
Upon placing an order, Buyers consent to receive communications from Mairose Boutique regarding order updates and shipment confirmation messages, as well as direct communication from Mairose Boutique in the event of delayed shipments, back-ordered items, or otherwise unavailable merchandise. If buyers would like to receive communications regarding shop updates, sales, and other marketing events, please opt-in via the Subscribe button in the footer of this website.
Mairose Boutique are not responsible for packages after they are turned over to the shipping provider. Please contact the shipping handler for lost or missing packages. Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and secure. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered.
Buyer pays all return and exchange shipping costs. Shipping charges are non-refundable, (except to EU based buyers - in compliance with Consumer Rights).
International Duty & Taxation
All International buyers in the European Union (EU), Canada, and Australia may be subject to VAT, GST, Customs duties, and/or other tax and import fees as imposed by the destination country. These taxes are collected at the time of sale and will be clearly displayed separate from the price of goods being purchased, as well as separate from shipping fees for transportation of goods.
Therefore, to comply with European Union July 1, 2021 regulations, Import Tax is collected as part of your payment to Mairose Boutique.
Mairose Boutique is not responsible for all other unpredictable destination-imposed customs duties. Please be aware, International buyers may be responsible for additional customs duties at time of delivery.
All shipment contents will be disclosed accurately on customs forms with current and relevant HS Tarriff Codes as required and outlined in the US Census Bureau Schedule B. Goods will not be described as gifts or personal to avoid appropriate import tarriff tracking.

At Mairose, we desire that you will be completely happy with your purchase. If you don't love it, send it back! It's okay to change your mind! While we encourage thoughtful purchasing, we do want to provide you with the opportunity to purchase from Mairose Boutique with confidence.
For items that are not of a Final Sale status, we will gladly accept unworn, unaltered, undamaged, unwashed, or unused merchandise in sellable condition for a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Items must be returned with the original tags attached, in original packaging where possible. We cannot accept return of product that has been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Customers MUST notify Mairose Boutique within 14 days of receipt, if intention is to return an item within the 30-day timeframe.
The 30-day period will start the moment a customer receives a product, rather than at the time of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning an item. Please contact us if you would like to request a return and we will arrange for shipping of the item to Mairose Boutique. There are no re-stocking fees for returns.
Refunds will be issued by Mairose Boutique only after merchandise is received and inspected at our facility.
Exchanges of product are not possible at this time; please contact us regarding your order if you would like to select another item.
• Please keep merchandise in its original packaging and enclose a copy of your invoice received with the order.
• Drop the package off at your nearest post office drop-off location.
• Please allow 14 business days for the shipment to be received and to process your return merchandise.
• We'll refund the price of the merchandise including any taxes you were charged (excluding duties and all applicable shipping charges) upon receiving the return.
• Depending on your bank, please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
Please note: lingerie items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for any reason. Due to the nature of vintage clothing, please be sure to compare your own body measurements to the garment measurements specified in item listings. Garment condition is detailed as much as possible.

Where is Mairose Boutique located?
Our headquarters are located near Fort Worth, Texas. While we hope to someday expand to a brick & mortal retail location, the boutique is currently operated from a small home office.
True Vintage items are packaged and shipped from Texas.
You can sometimes find Mairose showing at local North Texas Vintage Markets. Keep an eye on our social media for updates!
Can I order out of stock sizes?
We are happy to work with our suppliers and manufactuers regarding out of stock items. Please feel free to subscribe to the Mairose Boutique mailing list to receive updates about re-stock, new products, and more. If you are looking for a specific item that is currently out of stock, please get in touch with us and we'll be happy to assist you as quickly as possible.
Where can I find information about fit and garment sizes?
Since each garment is constructed to specific styles, the actual fit of garments will vary. We do our best to include fit and size details in each product listing. Please also visit the Size Guides page for important information about garment shape and fit, garment measurements, how to take your own body measurements, fabric details, and more.
Do you offer layaway?
